The service

ChurchSystem provides church management software on a subscription basis. Features and limits depend on your plan.

Your account

Your church is responsible for the people it gives access to and for keeping credentials secure. You must have a lawful reason to hold the personal data you enter, including consent where required.

Your data

Your church owns its data. We process it only to provide the service, and you can export it. We will help you meet your obligations under the Kenya Data Protection Act.

Your own integrations

M-Pesa, SMS and email run through your own accounts. You are responsible for those accounts and for the fees and terms of those providers.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to access other churches' data, or interfere with the system.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and to back up data regularly, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted.

Suspension and ending

We may suspend an account for non-payment or breach of these terms. You may cancel at any time and export your data.
